Return Policy

Returns
Our return policy is simple. Products must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order in its original packaging and in the same condition received. Gifts, gift cards, sales items, and certain defective and damaged goods are exempt from returns. 

Exchanges, Replacements
Items damaged upon delivery or defective items must be reported by email to abc@pettotality.com within 5 business days of receiving the order in order to quality for a refund or replacement. We do not currently offer exchanges at this time due to COVID.                                                                              
 
Refunds (if applicable)
You can request a refund by emailing us at abc@pettotality.com.
1. In the subject box write “Refund Request.”
2. In the body of the email, include (1) the item name, (2) your order number, (3) receipt, (4) zip code, (5) your reason for requesting a refund, and (6) pictures of damages if applicable.
3. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then we will determine if you are to send back your order in its original packaging with your receipt included. Make sure to include your receipt. We will provide you with shipment details of where to mail back your order if applicable. Your refund will be processed when your item has been returned or if you do not have to make a return, upon our approval of your refund request; and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 to 30 days. 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Return fees vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. Please make sure to provide a tracking number (if possible) for your returning items.
